Have you, to some extent, bought into our society’s assumption that we cannot teach an old dog new tricks? That the negative stereotypes around ageing are true and that it is all a downward spiral from midlife onwards?
Even though coaching has almost become a buzz word these days, there is often a lack of understanding what a coach really does.
First of all, a coach is not a therapist – thank heavens! Also, a coach does not tell the client what to do. Lastly, a coach may not even be an expert in your particular field or profession.

- It’s vital!
At this point in a conversation, our brains are pretty much hardwired to make us behave in a way which is neither productive nor constructive.
